Settings for DX7 with Twister 3D Storm help needed

Hi Guys have fried two of the 4 servos that came with my heli.
Yes the servos are gone tested independent once with the receiver and they are working fine.

Following the instruction manual for the 3d Storm all but a couple of settings I do not know how to set I can't lift off doesn't matter what, so do not know where I went wrong there with the setup.
The gyro settings 60 -60 how do I get to the lower settings tried everything I could think of.
Any picture tutorials anyone knows off?
