Futaba S9257 power FET's

Hi guys, Bit of a long shot but I am trying to help out a novice helicopter (but now near penniless !!) club member who's Futaba S9257 servo has fried its motor power fet's. Does any one know what the type number of these devices are or have a close up picture of the circuit board showing the component numbers or better still a scrap circuit board with these devices or their marking still intact?

I have a photo of the blown items if this helps to identify which parts we need but could not get it to upload onto this site so please pm me if you need the photograph.
