Wow the power of the forums
Good call Paul, main shaft would of lifted 1st pull on the sticks, Collar should be under the upper bearing block with the raised part towards the bearing but above the A arm shaft, it needs to sit in between other wise it wont lift fully..

Looks like the latest kits as well .. Version 3 frame set

Have found the servo/arm can hit the canopy screen screw so just check mate.

I have had a fiddle with the heli, moved the mast coller under the upper bearing (thanks Paul) - didnt check for a way up on the collar though - will check before I pop out for a summer beer.

The location of the collar is not that clear in the manual, I just assumed it was the same as the Trex and almost every other heli I have had :)

I checked the grub screw in the tail hub (I assume that is the one you were on about Tony), no loctite so added a drop and put it back in.

I have drilled new holes in the rear of the canpoy, it is now a bit more raised, took the end off the servo arm so it is now level with the frame, no more fowling of that or the A arm.

As a precaution - I have ordered a wash out arm set from Andy on a Saturday delivery - one thing that just struck me as I was carrying the heli in to the house a few mins ago is that I had the kit delivered to work - hope the Sat delivery hasnt gone to work! LOL

Andy - if you see this it should be the address starting with 99!

Hopefully in the air for the weekend!

....shown above the bearing by virtue of the extension line drawn from the collar being above the bearing ;)

It is the same manual from what I can see.. I think I automaticaly (irrespective of the manual) put it up top as that is what most other heli's are :).

**EDIT** Sorry Rob - you are right, there is a box on there - new clip attached! :)

Sig updated - I guess I need to take a new avatar picture as well, over the heli, if it hadnt been for the sun burn (as a result of yesterday) and the busy flight square I would have got more than one tank through it today!

I think I shall be heading off you the field sometime this week for a few more flights :)
