Just curious if anyone has used the G-Force mixer arms on a Raptor 50 (V2) and what your experience was on fitting them and then the difference in flight.
I have installed mine now but it was not as easy as I would have liked. I have the metal HTR head on mine and basically the short side of the arm where the link goes to the grips was just a wee bit too long to fit inside the flybar cage. So I had to put some washers in to situate the two end brackets farther apart to get enough clearance. This also meant that the flybar control bars no longer sit down into the recesses in the brackets, so I put some small washers in to get the ends to rest on the outside and refitted the screws, locktited it all down etc.
I am using the middle hole on the long side of the arm from the swash and the outer hole on the short side of the arms and I get 10 degrees each way of cyclic pitch at the grips!
I could get a crazy amount of collective as well but have toned that down to about 10 degrees for the moment.
I have not flown it yet but in theory it should be very punchy on the cyclics now.
