If that's a 4mm hole on that bush then I bet the bush diameter has plenty of meat to overdrill the bush to 5mm...it's only 1/2 mil each wall that look about 2mm thickPGK

Another solution would be to get one of the brass sleeves with outside diameter of 5mm and inside diameter of 4mm and cut it intoOriginally posted by wadders View PostAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarg! Not for the life of me can i find a 600 or 620mm blade that has a 5mm bolt hole ;(
HELP!!!
little slices the width of the blade grips (or slightly less), so you can then use a 4mm bolt and a much wider choice of blades. :-) (this
is really the best solution all things considered)Last edited by trillian; 21-06-2011, 12:56 PM.Kasama, Minicopter, Henseleit, JR, Shape, Beam

I have a pair of Mavrikk 'patriot' carbons with a removable brass sleeve (I assume it's OK to remove the sleeve if it is notOriginally posted by Asid View Post
also 620 rotortech have a bush that is removeable...allows 4mm or 5mm use
permanently stuck in but it would be best to confirm this I suppose).Kasama, Minicopter, Henseleit, JR, Shape, Beam

would there be any concerns for "strength" though???????????

No problem with strength as long as you're using good 4mm bolts. My Robbe Futuras have 4mm bolts and they are 60 size helisOriginally posted by wadders View PostThats a good idea..........didnt think of that!
