You just need the 3 for the swash. The DS811 is more than capable for throttle.Originally posted by wadders View PostThat's a bargain...... But I need 4 don't I???Kasama, Minicopter, Henseleit, JR, Shape, Beam

I guess when it comes to peoples opinion on Servo's everyone will have different advice! With regards to my main blades been 640mm i spoke to Dave @ motors and rotors and he says they fine! he had allot to do with MA when developing the heli so i think i will listen to him on that one, but thanks for all the advice. Also im not sure about buying used servos as i will never know how good or badly they have been looked after and how many hours of usage they have had!!

I have been using 620DMGs from HobbyKing;
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...9441&aff=91078
I have a set of these on my Frenzy 50 with .53 Redline and have been abusing it for some time with no issues. Metal geared and average speed. I have used a lot of cheap servos and these are the best by far when it comes to price and performance. They also have the Align/Futaba splines.
I have also fitted a set to my 600NSP which i have not finished setting up.
They get cracking reviews so dont let the brand put you off.Last edited by maderdog_1024; 01-06-2011, 01:53 PM.Mike

Hey.Originally posted by wadders View PostWell, I have bit the bullet and bought 3xDS610's they seem to get the most votes. I just hope they worth it for what I need them!! Cheers for all the responses and advice all!!
You've done the right thing dude, these will serve you well and ensure the models controls are more than adequately controlled.
Not cheap as in cheap to buy, but cheap insurance for you and your models safety to make sure you have a fun flying experience.

Dont worry wadders the DS610's are good servos and are very cheap investment for what you are getting.
They are relatively crash proof having metal gears so they will last. Remember you could sell your remaing JR servos to get some wonga back or keep em for throttle servo spares.T-Rex700E, FBL 3G
