We had a superb day at Phoenix today & the banter was being well & truely thrown around.
We started talking about models to practice autos on & I suggested to one of our regulars whos in love with his 450 x that he should try an auto. After much egging on by Ross Pete Rob & me & over very long grass he tried one & to all our amazement he managed a half tidy one into the long grass. Well that was only the start of much laughing & larking around. one auto bounced about two foot back up into the air & we were all rolling around at this point laughing. I had a few goes on mine & believe me i'm crap at autos but managed a few tidy decents.
I then altered my throttle curve to a straight 0 25 50 75 100 in norm mode & tried a bailout auto & blow me down with a feather the shockingly bad or is that non existent softstart on this model allows you to bail from an auto even down to under 10 feet. Today was the best day weve had this year at the club & I'd like to thank all the guys there today for being such a laugh. Great company & some great friends, I had a ball
