Trex 600e pro Castle 80HV ICE ESC

Hi all,

I set my castle 80 esc up for govenor mode today but for some reason when spooling up I had no power.

I set the govenor as per cc website, recommended headspeed etc settings for a 600e. I also set the throttle curve on normal to 0 along the line as per instructions. again nothing.

When i disarmed the govenor to end point mode the motor powered up.

Any suggestions

Have you programmed the end points before usnig it?

Thanks for your response. It states to set the normal throttle curve to 0 across the line. I did change this to 30 but again still nothing.

But before you did that, did you set the end points high and low in the initial setup?

You have to calibrate your throttle end points otherwise the esc wont arm as its not seeing zero throttle.

Take blades off.
Drop BOTH your throttle end points to 60.
Put throttle to high and power up esc.
Raise throttle end points till it beeps,add 2-3 more points.
Drop throttle to low and raise EP till beeps and add on 2-3 points.
