  • My New 600 EFL Pro

Love it. Thanks Brian for setting it up. Top job mate.

    First thoughts:

    1. So queit, even more so than my 500
    2. Very stable, I think I saw Brian with no hands for a while :P
    3. Massive - I love it!!!

    Bad Point:

    1. The canopy is useless, I'm gonna break it. It had a number of cracks it it already, I managed to chip it again. Man they are fiddly. I will get the magnet fasteners ASAP

I need to get some leads and stuff tomorrow from Ashford so I can charge the Batteries up and all that gubbins. I am very pleased with it.

Personally I think the space is big enough, unless you are doing 1 foot flip off the ground etc. I hovered my 7hv in my backgarden smaller than that one and it is fine. If you dont know what you are doing and not confident/skilled enough to hover a heli on a spot then I say no to a backgarden hover. Great heli though.

They do go really well. I couldn't see the canopy so replaced it with a brighter Fusano one. I think I prefer mine to my 700e, it just seems to have so much power and forward momentum.

Personally I would never test fly in a garden even if you are a top pilot, just think what could happen you have no room any movement...
I have had mine a few months now and went from 700 nitro to 600e and I love it so much better...

I'm never test flying in the garden again at more than 5cm off the ground. Twice the logo tipped over sideways... if I had been hovering side in or it had tipped backwards then things might have ended differently...

Well it is your garden and your heli. Calculate the risk involve and according to what your assessment will be, then decide wether to hover or not.

                      whys it sound so loud?

The only time mine makes sounds like that is when i go mental on the cyclic and fly really agressive.

The rest of the time it just sounds like a hoover!

                        It's not loud at all.

MAybe its just 600s.... but hte sound its making at 15/16 seconds or so compared to the sound at 25/26 seconds.

If I hover my 500 it only ever makes the sound at 25/26 seconds. The only time it makes the sound at 15/16 seconds is when Im at full cyclic or pitch.

Ive been told that sound means blades out of track? Then again I might not have a clue what im talking about.

Its a lovely heli by the way, Im very jealous!

Im thinking of getting something bigger than the 500 but i might go nitro for that - save battery costs!

Yeah, but I think if you work everything out your probably not saving an awful lot going Nitro if anything at all, or that's what I am led to believe.
