It was clear that the head didnt load up at all through the entire flight, and he was trying his best to get it to. I think a vid is on way...

Not a clue, but from memory I don't think I've ever tweaked it, so whatever it comes set as standard when using fixed governor.

im strugglig to find zero pitch, it appears the link arms are to long? both are screwed in as far as they can and it looks like its 10 degrees out

yes :-s its 0 pitch at about 25% on the throttle curve

You may have to lengthen your servo to swash rods,how long are they(measure metal rod thats showing)

I have 23.5mm showing on every one, but how would that straighten the pitch out? because if i lengthen them it will foul the head im setup perfect as on max its 1mm shy of the head.
