you'll have to put a couple of extension leads on. to run the wires round the inside of the frame, with the leads i took off the plastic connector, then used heat shrink once i joined the lead

      check this thread

The top mainshaft housing has the lettering facing down, the bottom has it facing up. (Or maybe it's vice versa, I can't remember now but if you don't get it right you will have a lot of vertical play on the main shaft).
Get the motor in and meshed up to the main gear and tightened up before tightening the extra motor shaft bearing bolts.
I had sloppy tail blade grips on mine but I am sure you will have the v2 at least.

Good luck and I am sure you will enjoy it.

I look forward to seeing it.

hi gusy that have one, had the tail bounce when moving to the right with the tail, its ok when going left, also on the servo arm have you used the outer wholes or inner, how much sub trim is two much on setting up

If using 3gx then yes, in pc 3gx parameters set 'anti torque compensation to 40% & use outer hole with no sub trim.

You might want to check the mesh of the front torque tube bevel gears. It's often a little loose which leaves the gears prone to stripping. They are prone to stripping at the best of times with the bigger motor but having the mesh tight reduces the problem. You tighten the mesh by using around 0.2-0.3mm of shim washers behind the shoulder of the front TT bevel gear to push it forward a little. KDS do a kit to do this that includes a fancy alloy frame, but you can do it a lot cheaper by just buying the correct size shims: 3RACING

When setting up the governor make sure to have governor gain 'low' (or set manually to a value slightly lower than the '15' low default).. Higher values cause oscillation in the drive train which also tends to strip gears.
