After a rebuild of my 250, I went to my local park for the first time! Before I could get into idle up,
kick out tail right? Then down she came no power? What the ........
Crash landing only to break a tail boom support. Was I the lucky one!
Then found a burnt out motor? It is a few years old. Anyone have any idea what could have caused this to happen?

Not sure of the cause, maybe something binding or overly tight causing the motor to overload but I share your frustration, just rebuilt my 250 and had problems with the tail and 3gx setup, fell over and trashed my new blades. Looks like the tail boom worked loose.

So much for the first decent day of the year.

Look on the bright side a new motor is only around £20 or HK have one for around £8
