I happened to walk through other forum to see the following thread which might be of particular important for the Align owners's safety.

We got letter notice from Algin Taiwan as follow:

We are very sorry for the issue of Align 600A Carbon blade (H60115T).
After checking, we found this issue was from the series number âFâ made in June.
We check with our stock and reserved samples, Series No. A for 4 sets, B for 3 sets, C for 2 sets, D for 3 sets, F for 18 sets, and G for 21 sets. We cut open the blades to check if the fixing status of the leading. We only found one set (Series No. F) was not qualified. In the rudimentary analysis, this issue may only happened on the production in June (series number âFâ). For the safety reason, we recommend Align retracting 600A Carbon blade made in June and we will cut open them to analyze.
NOTE: If you have whole 600A Carbon blades (Series No. F), please contact with your original seller for replacing to the blades made in August (Series No. H) or asking refund.
The laser carving code instruction: the initial code A means January, B means February, and C means March etc.

So We like to starting recall Blade Serial no start from "FG07xxxxx"
you ca either send back to us or return to your purchase from. we will replace new blade for you
