Help with DX7 Set Up for XTR

Hi Guys

I am having trouble setting up my DX7 for use with reflex.

I have managed to use the TX and fly a few models but i cant seem to be able to use the throttle and pitch curves from the TX.

I have tried checking the box under model parameters and it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Also i can seem to get throttle hold to work either.

Would some one please walk me through the setup process from scratch including which trainer mode i should be in any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
