everything is cheaper second hand. you can't buy a brand new car one week and then sell it on for the cost of a brand new car because no-one will buy it.

It the chance you take when you sell things on!!!

I think there's a more important issue been raised here.

You spent £500 building and Blingin' a belt CP!!!! ......... are you are MAD?

By the way I think £65 inc postage seems reasonable for Phoenix.

yep - im a raving lunatic. i built it from scratch bit by bit and its took about 6 months buying parts every now and then. the parts that cost the most was ff7 = £80, 401 + servo = £115, lipos and charger and the schulze rx but these can be used in anything.

by the way richie - are you making the trip up to our flyin on may 10th and 11th?

                      Buzzflier.co.uk & heliguy.com £82.50 with adapter and delivered.

That is brand new, with the assurances that buying via credit card from a UK retailer provides.

I cant remember the third one I found which had the same, but free delivery. I watched a couple of these go on ebay for £55+delivery, before deciding it wasn't worth the wait and risk and, personally, bought new.

There is no opinion expressed in the above, just fact.

Twopart, I'll leave you to work out why your argument against me is invalid.

If you can find a willing buyer at a price you are happy with great. The only reason I got involved was the confrontational nature against those putting in what I felt were valid offers.

And others should realise second hand goods don't fetch new prices..

i bought my landrover discovery for £3600 about a year ago. i spent a total of 2 grand on repairs and sevices + another £400 on 4 new tyres.

if it was to get nicked then id only get upto £2400 from the insurance even though i valued it at £5000
                                cheers
