[RC Bargains]

Over the past few months we have been working hard to bring you a new and improved RC Bargains Web Store with increased Stock ranges, better prices and we still provide free delivery on everything in the store to any destination in the UK.

The new store is now up and running and has survived the first month of being on line and we would appreciate your feedback.

The best test of any website is always the user test!! We would appreciate your comments here as to the content and appearance of the website.

Anything you would like to see added / changed? Is the text clear enough??

Hi, just had a very quick look. Looks like a nice easy to use site, one thing that always appeals to me is some sort of stock status indicator, like the one on the fast lads site. Im always reluctant to order if i dont know the product in stock, im just impatient and want things asap.

Just had a look ... Nice site ... Like Oli said we have been pampered by Fastlads and we all use them to compare other sites I think, so a stock indicator would be nice ...

Would it be better to state the number of items in stock or just a red/green indicator??

Nice to actually see a shop taking an interest in what the public thinks ... As most of the bigger companies really need to get there ass in gear and sort it .. I know Rc is not as big as some sports but we still spend a fair whack of money on this hobby and it is nice to be appreciated

For me it's simple!

My business is build on spares (make sod all profit off the heli's) so I need every customer coming back time and time again, therefore customer satisfaction is absolutely number one priority for me.

The best way to make sure the customer is happy is to give you what you want (within reason!!) and that starts with asking you guys

I've bought alot from Chris over the months -always great service.

I have to say I preferred the old site. I found it easier to navigate, and I certainly miss the stock level indicator. However, I'm sure these are only teething troubles and I'll get used to the new site.

I can certainly recommend him for Esky spares

I've searched the web, found the code, drawn the traffic lights and added them - all because you told me so!!!!

The new traffic light system is very crude and represents what can be done in 30min, so i'll tidy it up later but it should do the job for now.

Now thats listening to a customer ...Traffice lights are fine .. At least people can see what you have in stock at a glance ... Saves time for customer/shop as well ..

Chris, firstly I’d like to say that your business attitude is commendable and if kept will go far.

Whilst I'm all for supporting UK businesses and equally pleased there is much competition within this particular market you have chosen… I have a couple questions for you:

How are you going to compete and match with the likes of Terence from Hong Kong?
http://www.chinesejade.com/walkera_Heli.htm who provides a World Wide specific product service along with spares at a lot less cost to the UK consumer. Accepted there is a delay of approx 4 to 5 day’s delivery time. Albeit a seemingly flawless operation.

Secondly BuzzFlyer, who I must admit are exceptional with UK service, advice and next day delivery, hence earning themselves a valuable reputation………

I do like your website and how it works. Development is continuous as you will know, but play to the customers, satisfy with your mentioned ethics and you will not go wrong. All I ask is please raise the size of the fonts. Some of us are not as young as we act.....
