  • Missing parcels

Anyone else have parcels that never turn up from fastlads. Obviously nothing to do with them, more to do with Royal fail, but its getting really frustrating. Must be 5 or 6 now that I just haven't got and have had to call them to sort it out. I'm thinking maybe there is a heli pilot in royal mail that is teething all the parcels for themselves.

Yep I had one recently, Fast lads of course sent a new one after a couple of weeks
bit to much of a coincidence though.
I did recommend they stop putting their fastlads label on the packaging.

My Beastx took over a week to arrive, but it did in the end... god only knows what happened to it en-route...

The Royal Fail are getting worse year on year for losing items and delivery times are getting longer with no guarantees unless you choose Special Delivery.

Well I will come down on the side of never having had a problem with delivery being almost always next day, that said my flying buddy has had numerous problems with the mail deliveries to his house from F/L, in this instance I would certainly examine the Postal Handlers rather than the sender!I do know what it's like though especially with heli parts, you've paid your money and you want them now, if not sooner :-)John

I am in no way blaming fast lad, I know they send them out on time.

It's just I never get any issues receiving parcels from other model shops

If they could that would be great so the wife can't tell who the package is off

For me, No matter what time of day I order from fastlads, Delivery ALWAYS takes 2 days minimum, but sometimes 3 days, Never had one next day. From the other 2 suppliers i use, If i order in the Am, 90% will arrive next day.

I always pay the extra for the ups option, the name Royal Fail seems well deserved.

When I get parcels sent to work the storeman always misreads the label, adding an s and g to the second word, and points out that I could get a puncher repair kit from the cycle shop down the road. Oh how we laughed, the first time.

As James says, it is that time of year when stuff just happens to go missing more frequently and I suspect guysay see fast lads on the label and think its to do with car tuning or such like.

Was talking about this very subject no more than a couple of hours ago!
