    Hi all,

Ive been playing around with Studio V9 for a couple of days now, I think Ive got it more or less under control, there are a couple of odd things though.

Does anyone know how to get studio to select an mp3 file to include in the album from a drive other than C:? I can get it to track back through the folders list as far as the root of the drive but it wont go any further than that, is there something I'm missing here?

    Cheers,

    Pete.

Pete can you take a copy of the screen and e-mail it to me...

This is what mine looks like.

See where it say's Sandown with the folder, I click on here to select which Drive I wush to access

Then select from the Look In drop down menu which drive I which to goto.

    Cheers

      Hi Stuart,

Thanks for that, I have managed to get it to use the D: for saving the source to and editing the video so it does save the video on the right drive, its when I go into the show audio files tab on the left of the screen, it then asks me where I want to get the sound effects from but will only let me select files from the drive the program is loaded on, i.e. C:

I have tried a couple of ways to copy the screen but it would appear that the windows 98 I'm running is having a hard time dealing with it.

      Cheers,

      Pete.

        Hi Stuart,

I think Ive got a work around for this problem, it would appear for some reason pinnacle have decided the only place to get music from to add to the album is from a cd drive, so what I'm going to do is burn a music cd using the mp3 files I already have and then just get studio to read the music in from the burnt cd.

It's not an ideal solution but it will work. Maybe pinnacle should include the ability to get music from an mp3 file already on the system somewhere.....

        Cheers,

        Pete.
