Nightmare with blade pitch on HK250 GT (trex 250 clone)

I'm having a real nightmare trying to set up this clone . I have all my servers and 90° when mid stick , If I go positive throttle I get about 3° pitch on the blades, If I go negative throttle I get about 18° negative pitch on the blades.

Mechanically everything looks set up correctly, I'm using a DX8 transmitter And everything is default apart from servo reversing and subtrim to level the servos.

You need to adjust those mixer arms . You can see they are wrong hence one blade is at + pitch at mid stick. Adjust them so your at zero at mid stick
