Nano cpx help

As I bought an ncpx to fly in the house and a cheaper alternative to learn on than crashing my trex 500 regualrly and I've crashed it a few times now and its started to slowly piro when it's hovering, I've got some settings in the tx that I downloaded as it said that they were more tamed down than what the manual
any help or advice to stop this would be appreciated
