I have just spoken to the b m f a achievement scheme controller and at the moment he can't confirm that sue is the first female B pilot as records are not gender specific but he doesn't know of anyone else.

Thanks guys for your kind words.

I am very pleased that I have finally got there and passed. However, I really have Jason to thank for virtually dragging Rachel and I out of our sleeping bags to get out on a frosty cold field at 8.45am to take the test. It wasnt easy flying in front of lots of people and my flying wasnt at its best. :blush5:

Rachel, you're a great flier and only nerves stopped you from passing too on the day. Next time, it will be a thumbs up i'm sure of it!! Thanks alson for trusting me with your pink 700 on Friday - it was a pleasure to fly and I'm very jealous I havent got one.

not sure if I have the skill needed :( , either that or I am just a bit pants at tests (I hope so) :confused:

I am still realing at the shock of falling apart quite as badly as I did so I may wait a while,........

The strange thing is people were coming up to me all weekend saying how good my Friday flying was, one or two even said "Beautifull" :blush5::blush5::blush5:

so how come they see things in my flying I do not ????????

I have been through at at lot in my life so the one thing I don't do is give up :)

Excellent - well done Sue. I like it when women do well in a 'boys' area - more power to you!

I especially like it when there is a woman driving a very tasty car, and all the boy racers are jealious and show themselves up and all macho, and the woman just smiles and calmly and quietly squash their egos.......

Must be somthing to do with being brought up in a house with a Mother and two older sisters, and now living with a wife and 3 daughters.......
