I hope this is the right section to do my review on this quadcopter (I know this is a Heli forum but this is RTF FPV so should still be of interest).

[COLOR=#333333][FONT=Times New Roman][FONT=Calibri][SIZE=3]The photo does not show very well but there are 5 buttons on the front under the screen (View, Rec, Photo, Up, Down). You can choice to record video or take photo’s while you fly via this screen, Iguess it must have a bi-direction comms to achieve this as the files are saved to the SD card on the quadcopter and not the one in the DVR unit. After you have captured some video or photo’s you can transfer the SD card into the DVR unit and play back what you have captured in brilliant colours and sharpness...[/SIZE][/FONT][/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR=#333333][FONT=Times New Roman][FONT=Calibri][SIZE=3]Zooming in on this image I can see that the main board looks like it is mainly automated soldering that has taken part but there are some signs that there has been some manual soldering, the quality of the work looks very good indeed.[/SIZE][/FONT][/FONT][/COLOR]
[COLOR=#333333][FONT=Times New Roman][FONT=Calibri][SIZE=3]Inside the arms looks to be about 8mm coreless motors using a gear system to decrease the speed and increase the torque needed to rotate the large props. The gears seem of good quality, the main gear looks to be nylon which should stand up to quite a few hard knocks without burring any teeth, the main shaft seems to use sealed ball bearing to keep the movement smooth ...[/SIZE][/FONT][/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR=#333333][FONT=Times New Roman][FONT=Calibri][SIZE=3]The mono-pole vTx antenna does sit over the battery hatch which makes it hard to connect and disconnect the lipo without bending it out the way but this is not an issue as the antenna is made from good quality cable.

I will make a video showing the quad in action as well as showing the FPV footage I record on its DVR when the weather gets a bit better.... Of course I have to test these things before I let the little lad have a play... that’s the rules lol

The internals look good but what awful colours on body and controller. The real proof is how it flies and records.

There is a black and grey version which looks mean. The green and white will help a lot with orientation in the sunlight hopefully, my nephew loves the look of it which is good as he's the one that's got to fly it.... after me of course ;) just waiting for some calm weather to do a video of it in action. Flying around the living room its Very stable, locked in feel, its also quieter than my Hubsan X4 (but that's had a kicking over the years lol).
