    Round 1 From ebay for £40

    Before!.....

    then repaired and looked like this...Thats the dewd that crashed it!...not me!

    then took it home looking like this......

    so after a few hours on the Cad/Cam and a couple bottles of Superglue we are here again!

    this time with a 2000W Scorpion Motor in so will be BALISTIC!

      Jaysus!! id have binned it and bought another myself!!

            Credit where its due.That was a great Resurrection ,many people would have binned it .well done mate.

                Thanx Gents ..
                Im from Africa and we dont have money to waste on toys so I find it important to not to be wasefull its a privialage to be able to have these toys and play with them so must fix with all effort
                Lets hope we can keep its nose out the dirt this time....dont know what caused the first crash..but the second crash was caused by a faulty servo..it went short cuircuit mid flight and just put a little ail input then took out the bec in the esc...and then killed the bec so no power to the RX "one of the only times ive used a bec" and the very reason i dont use em... have flight packs in all my helis for this very reason...At least the crashes are just a little cheaper that a heli crash...even in a writeoff situation can fix mainblades hey!
                so will soon post a vid of some flights

                        how did repair compare to replacing financially?
                        1x EGS, TREX 450 PRO DFC & 130X. DX9 radio. No idea what i am doing trying to fly

                          Well There are 2 thoughts on this...A bottle of super glue £4 a couple rolls of Film £14 thats to repair the air frame.and quite a few hours labour but its done with love so no need to charge to that..its my therapy really...so £18 compared to replacing the air frame at £280 ...
                          but then there is the £5k Cnc Machine that cut a few parts out...but since building that machine it hasnt stopped working in 4 years just making whatever my heart desires
                          but the electronics now thats a totaly different kettle!...new motor $180 couldnt find spare motorshaft and the motor was borderline ok...not exciting but ok so was gonna change that anyway..then replace all 4 AIL servos at £17 each and now will add a REG and flight pack for added safety
                          but to do the airframe...definatly worth it if if you have the time and skills...
                          and to answer Who Flys it this time....? that would be me ...hehe not for sale anymore and the dewd who mashed was on his test flight to buy it! was gonna sell it at £250 RTF with 2 6s packs
