Honestly Stuart im not an impulse buyer but i visited a friend on Tuesday who had just taken delivery of one of these and the quality was just fantastic, for £150 i just had to have one. There's loads of different models on thier site and if you go the EDF route you can use 6S 5000 batteries.

I'm going for electric retracts and scale cockpit, but i must keep the weight down.

Still doing research for final set-up. I'll keep you guys updated if you want

Ok Guys i'll update this thread with my progress.

Like i say my mate Neil has one also, he's the jet expert so i'm going to follow his lead plus there are some useful threads out there.

We plan to fly them as a pair when finished so want to keep the set-up similar

I love that colour scheme:)I had hoped this may replace my habu once the airframe dies,but I'm thinking the habu's 4S set up may be way under powered. What size fan does it use? I'm guessing 90mm?

Look cracking, but like all balsa/ply kits, go over all the joins with thin CA to make sure they're solid. Same principle as checking for loctite on a heli.
