Just a quick post to say how pleased I am with the service from wheel spin. I was on the hunt for a decent price on a 130x and tried wheelspins site. Contacted them and Ben the manager replied to say he would do a price match on another site I'd found.

Ordered the model and case at around 3.30pm yesterday. Just taken delivery of my new model less than 24hours later at a good price too.

Agree completely, bought a couple of things price matched and good delivery.

Had a problem with the last order (not really of WS making) and the response was superb so will be using them again

I live locally, so call into the shop(warehouse) quite a lot and the staff are enthusiastic and always seem to give their customers good advice and service.

would not recommend on last visit waited 35m to be handed blade 130 part from behind counter then told to que at different counter to pay after a further 30m left part on counter vowed never to return as other staff kept brining other customers and goods to pay in front of me and it was implemented I was not a spending as much as the others. two other customers behind me followed suit disgusted with customer service

I used them recently to get a replacement battery for my son's RC car. The one I ordered didn't fit - picnic error!

Ben was very professional by email etc and sorted me out with the right one without fuss.

Only thing that I didn't need was a request a few days later to be his friend on LinkedIn. That's going too far.

I used them once never again. Site said tx battery in stock after order told it was on backorder so cancelled. 4 weeks later it was sent to me and charged on my card.

I have had/done exactly the same. They need to sort out there stock and website, until that I wont buy from them again. I have told them this. The parts they actually stock do arrive very quickly but having to wait 6 weeks for something that is said to be in stock is ridiculous. I understand they say they are waiting for new shipments but that doesn't help me and especially when they have no idea when the shipment will arrive.

Sadly I had the same bad experience of the shop (one visit) and online (used once). With my on-line order I found out that "shadow stock" (i.e. in their separate warehouse) often means they do not have any stock, and are relying on the Distributors having the parts to send to them, before they can send the items out.

I've used them for both car and heli related stuff and not had an issue yet.
