they did this before. then decided to switch it off and allow people to reply. then it's back to no replies again.

No you can't, you're not allowed to reply in teh For Sale section new rules. XXXXX you need to meet the rules for selling in the first palce which is 50 psots and at least 5 rep points. Take a look at the rules in the for sale section for clarity
