    Show pilots wanted!

    Hi all
    I am once again organising this years Winterton show. It will be held this year on 3/4th August at our site in North Lincs. With a300m grass strip and no flying restrictions.
    I would like to invite any heli display pilots who are interested to come and fly for us, we get lots of fixed wing but I would love to have a good representation of the heli side of the hobby. We are a BMFA affiliated site and a B cert will be required to fly over the weekend.
    Free on site camping for all pilots and we also look after you guys with breakfast both days and a BBQ on the Saturday night, after all we can't do it without you.

      Don, don't be so hard on yourself, you'd only kill a few spectators LOL, if I was flying there would be a lot more dead and injured

              Pick me !

              Right all i have to do is learn to fly , get an A and a B. Learn some tricks. By August.

              Oh and get a bigger heli.

              No problem . The breakfast is mine.
              T Rex 600 n pro, Raptor 50 ( on the build table) T Rex 500 , Nano and a Blade 450 ,T Rex 250 ( still in box )
              Aroura 9 , FF9 with specky mod , dx6i
              Oh and loads of Planks.

                All the good pilots will be attending the North East Grass Roots heli competition that weekend at the Lindens Club across Nr Grimsby, so i can't see you getting much heli attendance i'm afraid.

                I thought they were quite anti heli at your place anyway??? A group of us looked at joining for this year and the plank flying old gimmers turned their noses up at us!!

                  Dont know whats gone on to give you that impression mate but I am sorry to hear you have got that idea. We are a very welcoming laid back club and we do have heli as well as plank flyers, I know the club membership is full at the moment though.

                      As Chris has said that weekend is the same as Lindens Flying club flyin on the Saturday and also the North East Grassroots competition on the Sunday, Just thought I would let you know. Good luck with the weekend though

                            Hi Lee, if you are at the same place that the LMA run their event from, a mate of mine approached your club with regards to a few of us north bank Heli pilots joining, as soon as they found out we were predominantly Heli flyers we got a resounding NO, if you're not the same place then please accept my apologies as don't want to tar you with the same **** stained old gimmers brush lol
