Update on setting up a Southampton/Eastleigh Heli Club

Justs received an email from the estates assisitant at Eastleigh council this is what he said:

Dear Mr Davies

Thank you for your enquiry, I’m afraid I don’t think the Council have any available/suitable areas of land available at the moment.

However if you can provide me with some more details of exactly what your requirements are, I will see if we can come up with something.

So what shall I say in my reply? What requirements do we need for an BMFA affiliated club? I would like your opinions. Thanks.
