Went to the sorting office to collect my packet with my red card. Why are they so nonchalant in these places. The cooler they are the more irritating it gets. He was loving it when he calmly told me that the packet would have been put back in the post office and would need another two days to get to the sorting office.
I am going to put a cat flap in the front door where the letterbox is so packets can be dropped in. It's not like it needed to be signed for even.
