Can you fix tracking issues with a gopro?

I have not yet taken the plunge and bought a gopro yet so just wondering if you fix tracking issues with it? Is it possible to play back in slow mode to check blades and flybar?

I have no experience with camera's or video editing so sorry if it's a daft question...
