Hi All.
Rebuilding my Trex 500 EFL after a crash
. Was never that happy with the wiring as I couldn't fit the RX (turnigy 9x) in the bottom tray as was too big. I had it below the bottom tray on the bottom of the main frame which fitted nicely but the wires were a tight fit to get to the 3GX on the top tray through the center of the frame past the tail gears. I put plastic twist wrap around them and cabled tied out the way but when I pulled apart to repair noticed that one of the protective twist wraps had almost worn through on the tail gear.
I am looking at moving and if I could put on the side of the frame would be a easy fit for the cables. Is it a problem being too close to the 3gx or servos for electrical noise? I could cable tie the Ariel to the skid but do you think it would be a problem being on one side?
