early steps at the mo Steve, but he loves going on the sim and has flown a little mini quad round the kitchen. It's just so nice that people want to help him on his way and he really enjoys the hobby at this young age.

Can i nominate Ian Contessa (coolice) for an award. He has always been on the end of emails / phone calls to offer advice.

He also helped me set up both a 450L and 600L that to be honest i would not of progressed as much as i have if he hadnt of helped

I'd like to nominate myxiplx or a Eddie star award. He recently saved the day for me. I lost my pinion on a new oxy 2 build (won't use old retaining compound again ) he posted me the exact same pinion, within three days it arrived. These are OS everywhere and would have taken at least 3 weeks to get my hands on one. He refused any payment for pinion or shipping what a star

I've got a few nominees that have helped me over the years.

First off the-borg aka Stuart – sent me an DX8 charger when I lost mine, even though he never knew me and we’d never interacted before on the forum.
Got me flying again – thank you Sir!

Secondly Paulo uk - aka Paul, he spent a very long evening with me setting up my N9 – thank you Sir!

And last but not least bolders aka Alun. He has spent many hours teaching me how to setup helis, how to solder an EC3 etc.
