  • Futaba query

    Good Evening all,

I have come up with a Futaba 9c super, absolutely brand new and unflown. I have added a 2.4 GHz FASST module and everything works fine *except* for Throttle Hold and/or Throttle cut. Is there some secret to this? Switch G, by default, is for Throttle Hold and offers only + or - 50% around some point or another. As it needs servo reverse to correctly control an ESC, the +50% when added as Throttle Hold brings the power back to about 25%, but does not stop the motor. JR and Spektrum are just so easy to configure and this Futaba is driving me absolutley NUTS. Any assistance gratefully received. Thanks in anticipation.

Thanks to each of you for your responses. Specifically concerning the quoted response, the default switch G is inhibited when pointing to the rear of the case and shows:

              [THR-HOLD]
              MIX>OFF
POSI> Same number as alternative position ie switch G to front of case.

Alternative position ie switch G to front of case

              [THR-HOLD]
              MIX>ON
% is variable from +50 to -50 and Power Lamp [red] blinks

This all seems correct, but doesn't cut the motor off [hold]

Rudder Offset [Revo Mix] is OFF by default.

              Thanks again.

              Maurice.
