Phoned mike a week ago friday for some advice about lipos for my trex 600, then ordered them along with a balancepro charger on tuesday evening. they arrived friday by courier, and he even included a few "freebies" 
over the moon with the products and the service, he was even there today and was able to talk me through a few minor issues with the charger (turned out to be me being a 'tard! 
).
Just thought id give them a little shout really, as its always nice and refreshing to receive such great service along with great products!
