I've been having terrible vibration problems with my 2nd G5.
Training gear on, and looked like it was going to shake itself to pieces (possibly destroyed a set of main bearings in the process).
Did loads of stuff with the head & blades, inc a completely new head.
To cut all this out, 60% (gov) RPM terrible. 70% massively better. Droppig gyro HH gain 50% to 40%, and on the basis of two short hovers in the back yard, it's rock steady.
Since other G5 was fine at 60% RPM, with same training gear, I'd guess I was hitting on some kind of resonance, probably involving the gyro (hence so violent ? different gyro set-up.)
Possible lesson is that vibration that seems to be head-related might not be due to head balance/etc issues.
