Any Wordpress guru's here, for a (hopefully) simple job

'Bit of a longshot, but ya never know. I need to hire someone to sort out an issue with a Wordpress site (cannot access the admin for some reason, and I've tried the normal things).
I need to get this site moved off my reseller account onto a cheap shared hosting so I can close the account.

With a little luck it would be a fairly easy job for someone with more WP chops than myself.
