Hi guys
I would just like to say a big public thank you to Midland Helis (Mat inparticular) for some great service.
As some of you may remeber i have had a good moan about Helihobby in the states and there terrible servcie when i bought Reflex and they gave me the wrong TX to go with, it after 18months of battleing with them i gave up trying to get a new TX out of them so i turned to Midland who were a pleasure to deal with.
Even though they also to sent me an incompatoble TX to begin with they bent over backwards to resolve the issue sent me a new TX and threw in some magazines by way of an appology
From start to finsh it took a little over 2 weeks which is amazing considering I live in Borneo and Mat was also ill in the middle of it all.
Anyway just wanted to say a public thank you to Mat at Midland for his help
I am now finally up and crashing around on reflex for the first time after buying the software 18months ago!!!!
