I need to return 2 lipos. Does anyone know a courier that will take them? They arrived by parcel force but they won't take them from me - dangerous goods. So for now I am stuck with them.

TNT deliver for Optipower so you could ask them . Your local model shop maybe able to help if they have an account , where are you sending them ?

Ask Hobbyking? I don't think I will get very far with that.
APC said they don't carry Lipos.

Any other couriers who might? What about the RCHA courier service?

I bought 2 5000mha lipo's from Robotbirds just before Christmas delivered by APC, i had to send them back so just returned by APC. They did not ask the content of the package.
The replacement one's were delivered again by APC and have been good lipo's. I think if they are delivering for a trade customer to keep the work they will deliver lipo's......

If your returning them to hobbyking!

I take it you possibly have a faulty cell.
Attach a cell checker and take some photos of the whole battery attached to the cell checker.
You want a photo of the top, and a photo with the warranty label.

So you can read the cells.

You can then open a faulty claim,
And upload the pics to the claim.

They then usually tell you to get rid of them yourself and sent you out some new one without the need / hassle of sending them back

Yes I had a faulty pack from HK. I sent a photograph and a complaint. Without further ado (or telling me) they just refunded the price to my account. I still have the pack.
