I'm at a stage now where I have to decide to wait for Ripmax to pull their finger out and look at my 12FG or dig deep and go for a new Tx or brand. This sounds a bit extreme, but it's the 7th week, I haven't been able to fly my own models.
There is another more important reason I need to fly. My club has just put me down to do my heli examiner's certification and have contacted the BMFA to set things in motion.
A couple of pilots I know use the PCM9x2 and are very happy with it. I have heard their service support is very good and this is one of the reasons I'm looking at changing brands.
This is the first time I've had a problem with my Futaba equipment and would quite happily continue using it, but I can't afford to wait any longer.
Am I being too hasty? Should I hang in and hope the 12 gets done this week?
