Which Combined +90A ESC/BEC

Guys (and Gals),

With reference to my post on the "poxy CC Talon90", I am looking at three makes of combined ESC/BEC, 90A minimum to replace this Talon90. The ones I am looking at are a Kontronik, a YEP or a YGE but I am a tad confused at which one/s I should be looking at to compare, as I have only been brought up on a diet of CC Talon90's.

I would prefer to have a combined ESC/BEC (lack of clutter etc) so could you advise of the correct model no's for a Kontronik, YEP and YGE (probably 100A) that would serve the needs of my 550e DFC v3

You know what Im going to say Kontronik Jive 80+ LV ESC Version 9 £215 bec rated at 5.5v and reliable :-)

Just got myself a YEP but haven't fitted yet. Someone at the club runs the HV with no issues but it doesn't have an internal BEC obviously.
Probably wont run the BEC on my setup but have a Life-po to power the electrics.

Pete, does a jive 80+ mean it is nominally an 80A, if so, I don't think it is big enough?

should be fine mate for your type of flying, if your worried get the 100lv version :-)

For longevity and reliability would I best go for the 100lv rather than pushing the 80, after all I hope to progress with my flying and putting even more loading on the ESC would follow?

Go 100lv just for that comfort zone, got one on gob500 no dramas, only problem is your be wanting more for other models
