complete guess here but by any chance set to the total value of less than 10K, for me they need the 6K cup.....lol

pilots using a k factor of ten or less.will have the chance to win a cup this is to encourage newcomers or inter class pilots to have a go at competition and have a change of winning a trophy
they will still be included in the main competition its just an addition to the competition..there will be more to come like this..ps 3dx singapore used a similar system

Is it worth lowering the 10K factor? I'm pretty sure the standard for the 3D champs to enter intermediate was a good bit lower - I would think 5k would be a good start for competant 3D pilots and newcomers. I wouldnt feel right winning the 10K cup when i've already competed in the champs if its for newcomers etc as it almost certainly puts them out of a chance of winning

hi grant good point i will introduce a lower k factor trophy
it cannot be 5 k there is six manoevres so 6k is the lowest we can use, thats 1k per manoeuvre in singapore its 8k trophy,but i thought britains got more talent but maybe not
8k seems about correct with 6 manoeuvres but what you thinks
leave it with me maybe we could have a 6k and 10k ill think more

six was the standard for sportsmans class at the masters
four sets doesnt really achieve much.come on grant get those thumbs working harder

camping will be FREE to all competitors at uk 3d cup
there will be helicopter trade stands in the competition area and trade also in the main trade area for the show
all the main dealer and traders will be there
