Hi,
This Sunday sees the 2012 F3N Team Trials taking place at the Phoenix Rotors club site near Nottingham.
The Team selected from this event will represent the UK at the World Championships in Poland in 2013, and hopefully do even better than this years Team did in Germany, where a superb 3rd place was achieved.
For travel information on finding the Phoenix Rotors club site, please view this google map: https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?hl=e...2&source=embed
You can get driving directions from there - you need to aim for the "Private" site marked on that map.
We will aim to have the pilot briefing at 10AM - please try to get there early so we can do all the necessary paperwork, and prepare to start the competition on time.
We will be flying all three types of competition round - Set Manoeuvres (8), Music (3 - 4 minutes) and Freestyle (3 - 4 minutes).
For competing pilots, please bring your music either on your phone, or on a USB stick (or CD, or SD Card etc) so we can move it onto a laptop.
Spectators are welcome to come along and enjoy the day - there will be some spectacular flying going on, that much I can guarantee :-)
Fingers crossed for the weather to play nice.
If anyone has any questions, please just ask.
See you there.
Cheers,
Rob
