Hello all. I like building things and so I decided something to fly woud be fun. I usually go from idea to schematic, pcb, firmware and PCapp if needed. I know all about steppers and h bridge control for motors but I have never used brushless types before. HELP.
I have gathered lots of info but none tells me enough. I have an 11.1v Li-po batt and four motors. When I look at various articles they talk in terms of a +- supply. Do I have to do that ?
What is the sequence/level of signals I need to run these things?
6 step commutatiin seems tbe the way.
Doing it is easy but I cannot find what 'it' is.
Please help if you can - I have a novel PWM system that works really well for n drives (controlled by a simple PIC). I will post details later in intereted.
