    Go on! Try it!

Did you get the training kit for it?

Just dont go too heavy on the throttle.. do a couple of bunny hops to get a feel of it and then take it upto about a foot and practice hovering and landing..

Once you done that, then higher she goes the less ground effect you'll have..

I'm just waiting for my spares to arrive so I can fixup my CX2...

WOW! just used the first pack up, that was so fun! Could actually get a pretty stable hover for 30-40 seconds or so before landing again. Just waiting for the second battery to finish charging and il go again! lol Quick question though, to get it trimmed right, ive had to move the elevator trim all the way to the bottom, is there a way on the chopper itself to do this incase it needs to go further?

        Sweet..!

You'll most likely need to adjust the servo link arms. From looking from the rear of the heli, I think its the left servo that is the Elevator.

I have a pdf I downloaded from the web on my home pc that shows how to set this all up. I'll post a link to it later when I get home.

I'm suprised you will have to adjust them though, I thought they were supposed to be set in factory before boxing up.

        I'll post the link later.

        Have fun!

          Hi Tobrien1

I've just got my Cx2, had to do some major adjustments to the servo links, pot and gyro gain to get it to fly properly, even the adjuster trims weren't enough to get the job done, it's not perfect even now, but its almost there, and worth it when it all comes together.

Glad you got to fly yours out of the box though, I thought my one was faulty, just wouldn't fly at all, completely out of control to start with. Mind you that could have had something to do the with the training gear even though it was centred, now its off it flies OK.
