Looking to get my first gas helicopter

Hi there folks am looking to buy a my first gas helicopter but not sure what one to get. Am not looking for anything to expensive as it will be my first gas powered helicopter. Am willing to try to building one if that would be a cheaper alternative.

I have currently got a electric rc copter the only down fall is the flight time of 8 mins which is pretty poor. Also if anyone can tell me if there is any magazines that i can subscribe to that comes with parts ever month to build a rc copter.

sorry if i have asked for too much here just really excited about building or buying my first gas powered rc copter.

I would recommend a secondhand raptor, I'm kind of long term loaning one and it's brilliant

Can i ask though what electric heli are you getting 8 minutes from? That's impressive and a nitro heli will probably only give you 10-12 minutes, how long can you concentrate for??
