esky honey bee king troubles

Hi all,

i have recently purchased a esky honey bee king and having trouble getting it off the ground i can manage about 4 inches on full throttle.
i have read the instructions but they are not to clear on setup and adjustment can anyone help???

thanks for the link. i know all what he is saying on his videos but they are great videos for newbies that have bought a king2 or belt cp. i think i will forward the link to victor meldrew on here. he is new to helis and has bought a belt cp.
