Raptor 30 engine question

Hi all just bought a second hand raptor off ebay and it had only been flown once but i can turn the engine over real easy by hand so im just wondering if thats normal as ive come from rc cars and they start off with bags of compression.

May seem daft but it does have a glow plug in doesn't it?

If theres no fuel in it it will turn over pretty freely even easier with no glow plug fitted
