Congratulations. That is one of the BIGGEST hurdles to overcome with Helis. This time last year I was still trying to get nose in. It was the last week in May that I finally cracked it after doing lazy 8s. The MCPX was the dogs doodahs for doing inverted circuits.
Been there and done that, but never stop learning.
Now too many Helis to mention?

            Congrats mate good job!

I actually learnt by learning to hover tail in and side in in both directions, then i started flying lazy 8 and in doing these you are flying nose in without realiseing making hovering nose in a bit easier

Get back out there and try some loops

              Nice one dude.
Do i get the general impression that the mcpx is a good tool for training?
Perhaps it's an inbetween from pheonix to a 450/500/600 etc ...... Stupid comment ..... Of course it's inbetween but my point is the fear factor ain't so great for making mistakes!! (am i talking bo**ocks!)...
Time for me medication me thinks!! LOL
              Cheers all.....Karl...

No your not talking rubbish. It is a great tool. The fear factor with the 500 will still be an issue for a while to come so being able to use something every day in a small space without costing a fortune is a god send.

Something that really helped me with the MCPX as well was changinhg the blades to Neon. Makes seeing what the heli doing a lot easier.

I too changed my main and tail to neon yellow. It's a lot easier. The green canopy makes a big difference as well.
