I am assuming that you mean the feathering shaft screws are snapping in flight, causing a crash. This is almost certainly that the head has not been assembled correctly. I had this happen 2 times on my Gaui X2 (the actual feathering shaft would snap in flight). I bought a new head from FL and the problem went away.
I'd suggest either buying a complete new head (they're not that expensive), or completely disassemble the head (so take the bearings out of the grips etc) and reassemble it according to the instructions, making sure all the washers are in place correctly and the bearings are facing the right way round.Trex 700n DFC - YS120, Spartan Vortex

I have never had that happen. Not even in the many crashes my 450s have had.
The only possibilities I can think of is:
Faulty screws - unlikely. Especially if they Align or similar quality.
Seriously overtightened screws - more likely. They only need to be nipped tight with smear of blue locktite/threadlock on the first couple of turns of the thread.
Or - as said above - something drastically wrong with the head set up. But I can't imagine what
!
You are using standard length blades I assume? 325 or 335 mm?Trex 450 SEV2

Even 335 mm is pushing it with a 450 IMHO. High chance of a boom strike if nothing else.
I would suggest the size is your problem. Try 325s - as the Trex 450 is designed for.
Theres a huge amount of centrifugal force involved.Trex 450 SEV2
