You should not have to reverse the tail rotor to fly it.

You might want to try the RCGroups thread on the 120SR, (E-flite Blade SR 120 Thread. - Page 845 - RC Groups) there's a lot of micro heli tinkerers there that may be able to help you more with all the problems you're having. Failing that; have you tried Horizon Hobby customer support? You seem to be having a shitty time with it.Comment
